About the Role: Executive Assistant / Executive Operations Analyst

At the heart of this position is a mandate to keep the Office of the Chief Audit Executive running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of executive support and operational functions that directly enable the Chief Audit Executive and the broader team to operate at a high level.   • Supporting the operating rhythm of the office through agenda planning, deliverable tracking, action-item follow-up, and meeting cadence management
  • Liaising with senior executives, board members, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of priorities, meetings, and materials
  • Preparing and maintaining departmental reporting including quarterly Audit Committee materials, KPI dashboards, client surveys, management action items, and annual planning documents
  • Leveraging Microsoft 365 tools — including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Forms — to produce polished presentations, trackers, briefing materials, and meeting summaries
  • Using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to draft communications, summarize information, organize meeting outputs, and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work
  • Reviewing AI-assisted outputs with sound judgment for accuracy, tone, confidentiality, and appropriateness before use or distribution
  • Handling confidential information — including financial, audit, governance, and board-related data — with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Coordinating team events, onboarding activities, vendor interactions, catering, A/V requirements, and other operational logistics
