Reporting to the AVP, the Employee Services Specialist is responsible for resolving a high volume of employee inquiries and requests on a day-to-day basis while ensuring accurate documentation, timely escalation, and complete case resolution. The broadband salary range for this role is $27.00 to $45.00 per hour, with a typical hiring range of $27.00 to $36.00 per hour. Compensation decisions depend on your experience, market conditions, internal equity, and the unique value you bring to the role. Responsibilities

The Employee Services Specialist handles a wide range of HR service delivery tasks, from resolving day-to-day employee inquiries to supporting knowledge management and process improvement.   • Identify trends and opportunities from case interactions to provide feedback for Workday Help training and internal team documentation
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Articles within the established framework, supporting COE-requested updates and ensuring resources reflect current policies
  • Support continuous improvement of the employee experience from a case management, knowledge management, and business process perspective
  • Provide Workday access to terminated employees when automation is unavailable, following required authentication protocols
  • Collaborate with partner teams to deliver effective HR processes, standards, and initiatives with an enterprise-wide lens
  • Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience, leveraging centralized knowledge to support design decisions
  • Conduct annual reviews of all case questionnaires to ensure alignment with continuous improvement and employee experience goals

Requirements / Skills

  • Workday proficiency including knowledge of business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and Workday Help — experience with PEX and Workday Release Management is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira and SharePoint is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality — ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion and sound judgment
