Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction, or graphic design, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in digital customer/user experience or interaction design

- Experience with design strategy and establishing design standards across an organization or product portfolio
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams including researchers, product managers, and developers
