About the Role: Design to Value Analyst
As a Design to Value Analyst, your core focus will be on cost, margin, and efficiency analysis across product development and operational activities. You’ll build and maintain dashboards and trackers that give teams visibility into cost trends, savings initiatives, and performance versus targets — ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.
You’ll also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration, preparing briefing materials for leadership reviews, translating financial data for non-finance partners, and working alongside Finance to validate assumptions and maintain data accuracy and integrity. Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and templates used for business cases and opportunity tracking will be a regular part of your work.
Benefits and Salary
The typical hiring range for this role is between $53,000 and $88,000 CAD annually, with a target salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 CAD annually — final compensation depends on experience, skills, and market factors. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for financial and operational data insights across multiple workstreams. Your analysis will directly support strategic decisions in product development, packaging, and operations — making accuracy, clarity, and proactive communication essential parts of the job.
- Analyze cost, margin, and efficiency data across product development, packaging, and operational activities
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports covering cost trends, savings initiatives, and performance versus targets
- Support Design to Value initiatives by gathering and structuring data, sizing opportunities, and comparing scenarios
- Track progress against agreed targets and proactively flag risks, variances, and emerging trends
- Prepare clear summaries, visuals, and briefing materials for leadership reviews and cross-functional discussions
- Translate financial data into understandable insights for non-finance partners across the organization
- Partner with Finance to validate assumptions and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of tools and templates for opportunity tracking, business cases, and savings visibility
Requirements / Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in an analyst, financial analyst, business analyst, or operations analytics role
