Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support both the team coordination and design operations sides of the creative department. Your work keeps communications flowing, events on track, and administrative processes moving efficiently — making you an indispensable part of the team’s day-to-day success.
- Manage meeting agendas for leadership check-ins and Design Reviews, capturing and publishing notes and next steps
- Coordinate All-Hands meetings by creating presentation shells, liaising with presenters, and publishing key takeaways
- Track team milestones by managing calendar reminders and Slack workflows for events, trainings, performance management, and award submissions
- Administer recognition programs by helping coordinate the team’s awards program and monthly swag selection process
- Process swag orders monthly and coordinate shipping logistics with the administrative assistant
- Handle budget invoices for payment processing as part of design operations support
- Maintain the organizational chart to ensure team information remains current and accurate
- Plan and host team events in partnership with the admin assistant
- Create and distribute team surveys to gather feedback and support continuous improvement
Requirements / Skills
