About the Role: Delivery Driver (Class 5)
As a Package Delivery Driver at UPS in Drummondville, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages to residential customers in a timely, professional manner. Responsibilities
Day to day, a Package Delivery Driver at UPS is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels to residential customers across assigned routes. These responsibilities require a combination of physical stamina, customer-facing professionalism, and sharp navigational awareness.
- Deliver packages to residential customers across Drummondville and surrounding areas in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate routes using map books, covering multiple residential zones as required
- Handle packages safely, including lifting up to 70 lbs (35 kg) unassisted and up to 150 lbs (68 kg) with assistance
- Maintain UPS appearance guidelines and uphold the company’s professional image at all times
- Interact courteously with customers during every delivery interaction
- Adhere to traffic laws and UPS driving standards throughout every shift
- Complete deliveries within a schedule that begins between 9 AM and noon, Monday to Friday
Requirements / Skills
UPS is looking for candidates who are physically capable, hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence issued in Quebec, and bring a track record of safe, responsible driving.
