Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the point of coordination for international air shipments, ensuring that every piece of documentation, every carrier arrangement, and every customer interaction is handled with care. - Monitor and coordinate shipments from pick-up through delivery, liaising with overseas offices and carriers
- Produce accurate documentation on time, including all pertinent shipping, insurance, and accounting records
- Organize transport arrangements and prepare documentation with freight carriers
- Obtain and compile all required shipment information to ensure smooth operations
