About the Role: Debrief Coordinator

As a Debrief Coordinator, your day-to-day involves conducting thorough driver debriefs upon return to the facility, auditing shipments for accuracy, and verifying that all equipment and technology is functioning properly. You’ll reconcile data across multiple platforms and ensure every shipment is properly accounted for and labelled.

Teamwork and communication are central to this position. You’ll collaborate closely with PUD supervisors, IT, fleet champions, and other internal stakeholders to address issues as they arise. Compliance, accuracy, and accountability are the pillars of this role, and your ability to maintain an organized, efficient workspace will directly support the broader operational team.

Responsibilities

The Debrief Coordinator role covers a wide range of operational duties across driver management, technology oversight, fleet coordination, and workspace organization. These responsibilities are essential to maintaining the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency that DHL Express is known for across its global network.

  • Conduct driver debriefs in person upon arrival at the facility, including mobile debriefs when applicable
  • Audit shipments to ensure all parcels are accounted for and address any discrepancies immediately
  • Verify debrief tool checkpoints, including deliveries and pickups, and follow up on non-compliance issues with drivers
  • Reconcile On-Road Undeliverable (ORU) shipments and update ECIS and AQCC records accordingly
  • Review GPS/Geotab tracking data against debrief data to identify and investigate any unscheduled stops
  • Review and verify invoices through OPMS/Debrief tools and ensure timely, accurate submissions
  • Distribute and track scanners and keys, managing charging, troubleshooting, repairs, and returns
  • Troubleshoot GCA-related scanner issues in collaboration with IT and PUD supervisors as needed
  • Coordinate vehicle management including key collection, maintenance scheduling, and equipment inventory (load bars, straps, dollies)
  • Report driver incidents, accidents, and vehicle damages to appropriate management via physical audits and spot checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient daily operations and easy access to materials

Requirements / Skills
