Responsibilities
As a Customer Rep-Station, your day-to-day will involve a mix of customer-facing interactions, administrative support, and team leadership. You’ll be relied upon to resolve complex situations efficiently and help raise the standard of service across the station.

Requirements / Skills
FedEx is looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in FedEx customer service operations and the interpersonal skills to lead by example. The ideal person is comfortable navigating complex customer situations, has a good command of FedEx’s product offerings, and is motivated to grow within the organization. EXCEL/LEAP candidates are preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum 6 months of FedEx customer service representative experience is required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected
- Ability to obtain and maintain FedEx DG Specialist certification is necessary for this role
- Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, and general operations is essential
- Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training successfully
