Customer Experience Specialist – Tesla – Woodbridge, ON
Tesla is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Woodbridge, Ontario. This is a front-line role where you’ll represent one of the world’s most recognized electric vehicle brands, connecting with customers from their very first showroom visit all the way through to vehicle delivery. If you thrive on meaningful conversations, love technology, and believe in the shift toward sustainable energy, this role puts you right at the centre of that mission.
Day to day, you’ll be welcoming walk-in guests, answering questions about Tesla’s lineup, conducting demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations, and guiding new owners through their delivery experience. It’s a role that blends sales, customer service, and brand education into one dynamic position in a retail environment.
About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla’s Woodbridge location, you serve as both the first point of contact in the showroom and the final touchpoint at delivery. You’ll build personalized customer profiles, understand each guest’s purchase timeline and intent, and tailor the experience accordingly — from curating product demos to scheduling test drives. Your goal is to make the process of buying a Tesla as impressive as the vehicle itself.
This role requires strong teamwork and reliability, as you’ll be contributing to the overall health of the sales pipeline. You’ll also need to stay current on EV industry trends and local incentives so you can educate customers with confidence. Flexibility is essential — this is a retail role that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers employees a comprehensive benefits package that reflects the company’s commitment to its team. While specific compensation details are not listed in this posting, Tesla is known for competitive pay and benefits in the automotive and tech retail sector. Details will be discussed during the hiring process.
