About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla’s London, Ontario location, you’ll be the first face customers see when they walk through the showroom doors and the last point of contact when they take possession of their vehicle. You’ll build personalized customer profiles, match customers to the right Tesla product, and arrange Full Self-Driving demonstrations and test drives tailored to each guest’s interests and timeline.
This role also involves maintaining sales pipeline health—capturing guest information, scheduling appointments, and flagging high-intent buyers. You’ll need to hold a valid motor vehicle salesperson licence issued by the Ontario provincial regulator, as this is a condition of employment for Ontario-based roles. You must also maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence throughout your employment.
Benefits and Salary
This is a full-time position with a posted pay range of $21.60–$32.40 per hour (Tesla Advisor, Sales 2), plus cash and stock awards. Responsibilities
Working at the intersection of sales, education, and customer service, the Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in shaping how people feel about Tesla before, during, and after their purchase. Requirements / Skills

- 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Passion for the Tesla mission and awareness of EV industry trends and local incentives in Ontario
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools to manage customer records and support the sales process
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting
- Valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence maintained throughout employment
