Benefits and Salary
The broadband salary range for this role is $44,000 to $73,000 annually, with final compensation dependent on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities
This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, data governance, and system administration. Day to day, you’ll be executing Workday transactions, managing cases, and ensuring every piece of workforce data reflects reality — which directly enables better reporting and smarter decisions across Canadian Tire. Accuracy and accountability are the two pillars everything else is built on.
- Process Workday transactions accurately, including hires, promotions, transfers, and effective date updates in alignment with payroll deadlines
- Triage and resolve first-level Workday cases to support timely and accurate case management
- Collaborate with managers and employees to identify and resolve discrepancies between Workday data and supporting documentation
- Maintain data integrity across key fields such as FTE, employee type, and organizational segments
- Identify and resolve duplicate employee records, determining whether to rescind, retain, or consolidate data
- Create and maintain Supervisory Organizations and configure delegation access for store and corporate employees
- Conduct SIN and work permit audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support system testing for HR process enhancements in partnership with Analysts and leadership
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance the employee and manager experience
- Manage Service Connection processes, ensuring timely handling and resolution of incoming requests
