About the Role: Consumables Associate

Responsibilities
The Consumables Associate role covers a wide range of day-to-day tasks that keep the store running smoothly. From the moment merchandise arrives in the backroom to the time it lands in a customer’s cart, you play a central role in that journey. Here’s what you can expect to be doing on a typical shift:

- Handle claims and returns properly, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and uphold a safe work environment in line with company policies
- Receive and stock merchandise using appropriate equipment, and complete required paperwork, logs, and documentation
- Stock merchandise and downstock as applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps
- Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager when needed
