About the Role: Audiologist (Licensed)

Responsibilities

In this role, your clinical responsibilities span the full hearing care continuum — from comprehensive audiological assessment through to hearing instrument fitting and ongoing member support. Every task you carry out contributes directly to member hearing health outcomes and the smooth operation of the Hearing Centre.

  • Assess hearing using all relevant procedures including history taking, air and bone conduction threshold testing, and speech testing
  • Conduct hearing aid evaluations and provide evidence-based recommendations tailored to each member’s needs
  • Fit and verify hearing instruments, including validation of hearing instrument performance post-fitting
  • Perform dispensing services such as impression taking, shell repair, and instrument modification
  • Adhere to all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation for each member interaction
  • Stay knowledgeable about all hearing centre products and services to provide informed member guidance
  • Collaborate with support personnel to ensure appropriate allocation of clinic tasks
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Requirements / Skills

Costco is looking for a fully qualified Dispensing Audiologist who brings clinical skill, strong organisational ability, and a genuine commitment to member care.   • Master’s Degree in Audiology with all qualifications required to dispense hearing aids in Ontario
