Costco’s hearing centre in Mississauga, Ontario is looking for a Licensed Dispensing Audiologist to join their team at the 1570 Dundas Street East location. About the Role: Audiologist (Licensed)
As a Dispensing Audiologist, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of hearing care services at the Costco Hearing Centre. This includes performing diagnostic audiological assessments — from case history and air/bone conduction testing to speech audiometry — as well as all aspects of hearing aid dispensing, from evaluation and recommendation through to fitting, verification, and validation. You’ll also handle impression taking, shell repair, and minor modifications.
You’ll adhere to all infection control protocols and privacy and confidentiality standards while maintaining complete and accurate clinical records. Collaboration with support staff is key to ensuring smooth clinic operations, and you’ll be expected to stay current on all products and services offered through the hearing centre.

Responsibilities
Working within Costco’s Hearing Centre, the Audiologist is responsible for delivering end-to-end hearing care services to members. From initial assessment through to fitting and ongoing validation, this role covers the full clinical scope of audiology dispensing practice in Ontario.
- Conduct hearing assessments including case history, air and bone conduction thresholds, and speech testing for the purpose of hearing aid dispensing
- Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on assessment outcomes, or refer appropriately when indicated
- Verify and validate hearing instrument performance to ensure optimal outcomes for each member
- Perform impression taking, shell repair, and hearing aid modifications as required
- Maintain complete and accurate records and documentation in compliance with professional and organizational standards
- Adhere to infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards at all times
- Collaborate with support personnel to ensure appropriate allocation of clinic tasks and efficient workflow
- Stay knowledgeable about all products and services available through the hearing centre to best serve members
Requirements / Skills
This position requires a fully qualified Dispensing Audiologist with the credentials to practise independently in Ontario. Costco is looking for someone who blends strong clinical competency with excellent communication and member service skills.
- Master’s Degree in Audiology with all qualifications required to dispense hearing aids in Ontario
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Clinical experience in audiology dispensing is preferred
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude for precise hearing instrument fitting and verification
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a busy clinic environment
- Excellent communication and counselling skills to guide members through the hearing care process
- Proficient computer skills for documentation, reporting, and use of audiological software
