About the Role: Associate Manager, Transformation Activation
Within the TMO, this Associate Manager supports the activation and execution of transformation initiatives across Canadian Tire Corporation. Responsibilities
In this role, your work directly supports the delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives at Canadian Tire. From coordinating with initiative owners to preparing governance materials for senior executives, every responsibility is designed to keep cross-functional projects moving forward with clarity and accountability.
- Track and monitor transformation initiative timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-plan delivery

- Prepare materials for governance forums including the TN Decisions SteerCo and Weekly Exec Decisions, ensuring decision-focused, high-quality pre-reads and clear action plans
- Coordinate across business units and functions to align priorities, timelines, and interdependencies, and resolve misalignments proactively
- Support validation and tracking of value realization, identifying gaps between plans and forecasts
- Distil complex discussions into clear, actionable outputs including decisions, actions, and ownership
- Develop mitigation plans in response to identified risks to support successful workstream outcomes
