The broadband salary range for this position is $64,000 to $106,000 CAD annually, with a typical hiring range of $64,000 to $75,000 CAD annually. Compensation varies based on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day will revolve around connecting data to decisions. You’ll synthesize inputs from multiple analysts and business teams, lead the development of compelling performance narratives, and ensure the right insights reach the right people at the right time.

  • Serve as the analytics thought partner for eCommerce and omnichannel stakeholders, understanding their objectives, priorities, and challenges
  • Translate complex datasets and dashboards into clear narratives, insights, and actionable recommendations for business decision-making
  • Lead executive-level storytelling for recurring performance reporting including weekly, monthly, and peak-event reports such as Black Friday
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple analysts and data sources into a single, cohesive view of performance and opportunity
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the customer journey and omnichannel funnel
  • Partner with analytics team members to shape analysis requests and ensure work is aligned to business outcomes
  • Support intake prioritization by framing ambiguous business questions into actionable analytics problems
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, presenting insights confidently in forums ranging from working sessions to executive readouts

Requirements / Skills

  • Strong analytical literacy with the ability to interpret and challenge data (SQL, dashboards, KPIs) without needing to build everything independently
  • Demonstrated storytelling with data — turning complex analysis into concise, compelling business narratives
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI for consumption, interpretation, and narrative framing
  • Proven ability to synthesize information across multiple sources, teams, and perspectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to loosely defined business problems
