Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $64,000 to $106,000, with a typical hiring range between $85,000 and $95,000. Final compensation depends on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind end-to-end marketing execution for Canadian Tire Petroleum’s network — from managing planograms and signage programs to overseeing vendor relationships and budget reconciliation.   • Own the monthly planogram process, providing retailers with clear direction on signage installation, removal, and maintenance requirements
  • Manage signage inventory and vendor relationships, coordinating production and distribution to support promotional programs and operational needs
  • Support key business initiatives including the Petro-Canada rebrand, loyalty programs, and fuel, convenience, and car wash marketing
  • Oversee operational marketing programs including highway signage, receipt roll inventory and distribution, and environmental programs
