Associate Manager, Insights Integration – Canadian Tire – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Canadian Tire
Canadian Tire Corporation is one of Canada’s most recognized and trusted retail companies — and they’re looking for a sharp, data-fluent leader to join their Toronto team. The Associate Manager, Insights Integration is an 18-month contract role that sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and leadership, giving you a rare opportunity to shape how customer insights drive business decisions at an enterprise level.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes data role. You’ll be translating customer, market, and performance data into clear, compelling strategic direction — and you’ll be leading a team while doing it. If you thrive in environments where ambiguity is part of the challenge and storytelling is part of the solution, this role is worth a close look.
About the Role: Associate Manager, Insights Integration
Reporting to the Manager, Insight Integration, you’ll take ownership of guardrail documents, insight packs, and strategic materials that inform category, banner, and enterprise priorities across Canadian Tire’s Customer-Centric Growth (CCG) strategy. You’ll also assume leadership of the Medallia customer NPS platform, driving its transformation into a tool that meaningfully supports strategic decision-making. Your work will directly influence how senior and executive stakeholders understand the customer and the market.
Beyond individual output, you’ll be coaching and developing an Insight Consultant, managing workstreams, and partnering with analytics, AI, and data teams to continuously improve how insights are generated, automated, and scaled. This role demands someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution — and who brings genuine comfort working directly with data.
Benefits and Salary
The broadband salary range for this role is $33/hr – $54/hr CAD, with a typical hiring range of $33/hr – $44/hr CAD. Final compensation depends on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Canadian Tire also offers career growth opportunities and product discounts. For benefits-eligible employees, the company provides mental health benefits of $5,000 per year, a comprehensive flex benefits program, the Triangle Learning Academy for supported learning, Canadian Tire Profit Sharing, and retirement and savings programs.
