Responsibilities
As an Associate Manager in Customer Strategy, your responsibilities span strategic leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. - Lead strategic projects and workstreams from insight to execution, managing stakeholders and navigating ambiguity in an agile manner

- Generate strategic recommendations that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer value perception

- Translate insights into clear, compelling executive-ready presentations, business cases, and recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Loyalty, Pricing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, and Analytics to solve business challenges

Requirements / Skills

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and translate data into recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets, including data manipulation, analysis, and modelling
- Experience using customer research and analytics to inform business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including developing materials for senior stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
