About the Role: Associate Customer Acquisition Representative

The base salary range for this position in Montreal, QC is $44,900 to $75,100 CAD annually. As part of AWS’s total compensation approach, the offer may also include sign-on bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Responsibilities

In this role, your primary focus will be on building early-stage sales pipeline for AWS through proactive outreach and rigorous research. Every week, you’ll be expected to generate a set number of first sales meetings for senior representatives, making consistency and discipline core parts of the job.

  • Prospect outbound to potential customers through cold calls and lead follow-up to generate qualified first sales meetings for sellers each week
  • Document pre-qualification information comprehensively and share it with the sales team to support effective initial customer conversations
  • Research accounts using internal and external sources to identify key stakeholders and understand potential customer pain points
  • Apply AWS qualification methodology to support discovery conversations with both new and existing customers
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by investigating and updating account records in internal systems to ensure reliable customer data
  • Build foundational knowledge continuously around industry trends and AWS service offerings, including Generative AI capabilities
  • Contribute to pipeline growth by developing core sales and technology skills through structured prospecting activities
