About the Role: Associate Content Program Manager
As the Associate Content Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing and executing omni-channel content marketing programs for CTC brands. Working alongside channel owners in eCommerce, digital marketing, strategic marketing, brand marketing, print marketing, in-store marketing, and promo programs, you’ll develop high-performing content strategies that deliver a consistent customer experience across every touchpoint.

Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $64,000 – $106,000 CAD annually, with a typical hiring range of $75,000 – $85,000 CAD per annum depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Responsibilities
Day to day, this role blends creative collaboration with project management rigour. You’ll be the connective tissue between internal clients, creative teams, and channel owners — ensuring every piece of content is strategically aligned, on time, and built to perform. Here’s what you’ll be doing regularly:
- Translate marketing objectives into results-driven, creative, and inspiring omni-channel content with a storytelling focus
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to incorporate content consistently across all customer channels and touchpoints
- Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables while providing stakeholders with regular status updates
- Measure creative results through data, providing insight and presenting campaign performance reports to executives
- Execute content strategies from conception to market, leveraging the full capabilities of creative and production teams
- Manage requests from internal clients — evaluating requirements, identifying content opportunities, aligning on channel needs, developing omni-channel briefs, and building project plans with budgets
- Chair and lead creative review meetings, advocate for the work, build consensus, and communicate outcomes to the project team
- Collaborate closely with content producers on original video and photography productions, finding creative solutions to project challenges
Requirements / Skills
