About the Role: Assistant Team Leader
In this position, you’ll support store management across a broad range of daily functions. That includes everything from cash management and opening or closing the store, to ensuring customer service standards are met and staff breaks are properly tracked. You’ll also be hands-on with product flow — boxing and unboxing shipments and making sure shelves are stocked and presented correctly.
Compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards is a key part of this role, as is participating in the training of new employees. You’ll need to be adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, while maintaining a positive attitude with both customers and team members.

Responsibilities
