Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team management position
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and support staff effectively
• Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities in a busy environment
• Comfort with physical tasks including ladder use, up-and-down movement, and heavy lifting
• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
