About the Role: Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of retail store operations at the Edmonton location. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that company policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently followed by the entire team. A key part of the role involves managing inventory counts accurately and promptly to ensure proper resupply of goods, as well as upholding established merchandising standards throughout the store.

You’ll also play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new employees, helping to build and maintain a capable, motivated team. In the absence of the Store Manager, you’ll take on the Manager on Duty responsibilities, making decisions and keeping operations on track.
