About the Role: AI Enablement Student
This student position sits within the Engineering Practices team and covers three main areas: AI-powered technical documentation, standards and best practices consolidation, and AI enablement for developer productivity. You’ll assist in modernizing engineering documentation using AI-assisted approaches, help build centralized repositories that serve as a single source of truth, and contribute to workshops and onboarding materials supporting broader AI adoption across development teams.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll engage with Staff Engineers, development communities, and Communities of Practice (CoP) to gather feedback, validate solutions, and drive adoption of shared engineering standards. Benefits and Salary
The broadband salary range for this position is $23.00 – $37.00 CAD per hour, with a typical hiring range of $23.00 – $30.00 per hour. Responsibilities
This role spans technical documentation, AI tooling research, and standards enablement. Day-to-day, you’ll be doing real engineering work — prototyping solutions, contributing to knowledge bases, and helping teams adopt consistent practices. Here’s what you can expect to work on:

Requirements / Skills
