Utility & Commercial Service Coordinator – Tesla – Port Coquitlam, BC
Location: Vancouver, BC | Company: Tesla
Tesla is looking for a Utility & Commercial Service Coordinator to join their team in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. This is a salaried role focused on supporting Megapack utility locations across multiple sites, with a strong emphasis on parts operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination for Tesla’s commercial service teams.

About the Role: Utility & Commercial Service Coordinator
At the heart of this position is ensuring that Tesla’s Megapack utility sites have the right parts, at the right time, in the right quantities. You’ll oversee everything from ordering and receiving to stocking, cycle counting, and site audits — making sure service operations never stall due to parts shortages. You’ll also manage and strategize the distribution of materials across sites, optimizing inventory levels and logistics schedules to meet service demands.
Beyond the hands-on logistics work, this role involves meaningful process improvement, performance tracking, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work alongside internal teams — including service, logistics, procurement, EHS, and finance — and partner with Regional Service Coordinators to ensure all materials needed for Megapack operations are accessible within the local network. Compliance with warehousing regulations, safety standards, and internal policies is also a key part of the role.
