Job Summary & Tips for Applying

AI-generated summary and tips to help you highlight your strengths effectively.

Quick Summary & What to Highlight: The Programmatic Account Manager, LCS, Media job at Google in Toronto is a customer-facing sales role that sells advertising solutions to large brands and agencies. Put your 2 years in sales, account management or advertising first, since it is a stated requirement. Then show any digital or programmatic campaign work, which supports the data-driven pitching and campaign tracking this job involves.

Resume & Application Tips: Describe past work in the same terms this job uses: campaign goals, key performance indicators, upsell and pipeline. If you have worked in a matrixed organization or used AI productivity tools, say so, because both are listed as preferred. Attach a number to your results. For example: “Grew a client’s ad spend by 18% in 12 months by adding two new campaign formats.” Treat that as a format to copy, not a fact about this job.

Interview Preparation: Choose one or two real examples from your own work in which you set up campaign goals with a customer and showed measurable results. Be ready to talk through how you handle objections when pitching a solution, and how you would find an upsell opportunity in performance data. Questions worth asking include how the 35% bonus target is measured and which accounts or industries the team covers.
