About the Role: Team Leader
This position puts you at the centre of day-to-day store operations. You’ll be responsible for leading and supervising store associates, overseeing merchandising and shelf stocking, and handling cash management along with store opening and closing duties. You’ll also step into a manager on duty capacity — managing breaks, monitoring time and attendance, and keeping store operations on track.
Beyond the operational side, you’ll play a key role in employee training and performance evaluations, contributing to a team culture built on accountability and clear communication. Maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards, addressing customer concerns promptly, and participating in inventory processes are all part of the role. A flexible schedule — including days, evenings, and weekends — is required to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance and day-to-day support

- Perform manager on duty tasks, including overseeing breaks and monitoring time and attendance
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company strategy
- Conduct cash management and handle store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the store
- Participate in inventory processes and contribute to accurate stock tracking
- Support employee training and take part in performance evaluations
