Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Leader at Dollarama, your day will involve a mix of floor-level tasks and supervisory duties. You’ll keep operations moving efficiently while supporting both the management team and your fellow store associates.
- Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff on a daily basis
- Stock products on shelves in compliance with Dollarama’s presentation standards
- Process daily shipments, including boxing and unboxing merchandise
- Provide quality customer service and resolve customer issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards
- Conduct manager-on-duty tasks, including confirming breaks are taken and entering attendance records
- Perform cash management, as well as store opening and closing duties as needed
- Participate in the employee training process to support team development
