Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your day will involve a mix of people management, store operations, and customer service. These responsibilities are central to keeping the store running efficiently and ensuring both staff and customers have a positive experience.
- Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance and day-to-day support
- Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met throughout the store
- Perform manager-on-duty tasks such as overseeing breaks, time tracking, and attendance
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company strategy
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards and contribute to their ongoing maintenance
- Handle cash management and carry out store opening and closing duties as needed
- Participate in inventory processes and contribute to accurate stock management
- Support employee training and assist with performance evaluations
