This isn’t a background role. As Team Leader, you’ll be the go-to person for store associates, the one who sets the tone for customer service, and the person responsible for making sure everything from merchandising to cash management is handled with care. If you’ve got retail experience and a knack for leading people, this is the kind of role where that combination pays off.

About the Role: Team Leader

Day to day, you’ll be leading and supervising store associates, handling shelf stocking and merchandising, managing daily shipments, and making sure the store meets Dollarama’s visual and operational standards. You’ll also take on manager-on-duty responsibilities — things like break scheduling, time and attendance, and opening and closing procedures.

Beyond the logistics, you’ll be the point of contact for customer concerns, a key player in employee training and performance evaluations, and an active participant in inventory processes. You’re expected to be available across days, evenings, and weekends, with your schedule set based on store operational needs.
