About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama, you’re the link between store management and front-line associates. Responsibilities
The Team Leader role at Dollarama covers a broad range of daily tasks that keep the store running at its best. You’ll be expected to lead by example, keeping both the team and the store environment in top shape while delivering on the company’s high standards for customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise store associates, offering guidance, support, and direction throughout each shift
- Oversee merchandising duties including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments, and maintaining visual standards in line with company strategy
- Ensure customer service excellence by addressing complaints promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Carry out manager-on-duty tasks including monitoring daily breaks, time tracking, and attendance
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and actively contribute to their upkeep
- Perform cash management duties along with store opening and closing responsibilities as needed
- Participate in inventory processes to support accurate stock management
- Assist with employee training and contribute to performance evaluations
