About the Role: Team Leader

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, your day-to-day will blend frontline supervision with operational tasks that keep the store running at its best. From coaching associates to managing cash and participating in inventory, this role demands someone who can juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on the customer experience.

  • Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance, direction, and day-to-day support
  • Manage store merchandising, including shelf stocking, boxing and unboxing daily shipments

  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with company strategy
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

  • Participate in the inventory process to support accurate stock management
