About the Role: Stocking 1 Team Associate
As a Stocking 1 Team Associate, your primary focus is making sure customers can always find what they’re looking for. That means accurately stocking merchandise, maintaining modular integrity, working the CAP/VizPicking bins, and keeping displays and fixtures in proper order. You’ll review your assigned area’s workload and plan your tasks accordingly, using the right tools and fixtures to get the job done efficiently.
Beyond stocking duties, this role also involves contributing to a safe and clean work environment. You’ll complete safety sweep logs, ensure displays are secure, and follow company policies and procedures at all times. Being part of this team means working alongside colleagues to make sure the store is ready for customers throughout every shift.

The minimum starting rate of pay for this position is $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities
Day-to-day, a Stocking 1 Team Associate at Walmart keeps the store shelves full and organized so that every customer can find what they need. - Prepare the backroom for the stock unloading process as needed
