Winkler’s Walmart store is looking to bring on a Stocking 1 Team Associate to help keep shelves stocked, customers happy, and the store running smoothly. About the Role: Stocking 1 Team Associate

As a Stocking 1 Team Associate at Walmart Winkler, your primary focus is ensuring the store’s shelves are accurately stocked and properly merchandised. You’ll work across assigned areas, reviewing workloads, processing merchandise from CAP/VizPicking bins, and supporting the Customer Availability Process to make sure products are available when customers need them.

Beyond stocking, you’ll contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are secure. Whether you’re greeting a customer in the aisle or preparing the backroom for an unload, teamwork and communication are key to getting the job done right.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $16.15 per hour. Responsibilities

Day-to-day work as a Stocking 1 Team Associate at Walmart involves a mix of merchandising, customer interaction, and backroom operations. You’ll be an important part of keeping the store organized and ensuring customers can always find what they’re looking for.

• Greet and assist all customers in a polite and friendly manner, promoting products and services and helping locate merchandise
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to the appropriate team member when needed
• Review workload for assigned areas of the store and plan tasks accordingly
• Accurately sign merchandise and maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity standards
• Work merchandise from CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Use proper fixtures, supplies, and tools to complete all required stocking tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs
• Prepare the backroom for the stock unloading process
