About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate, you’ll be responsible for the full receiving and unloading process — from prepping the receiving area to completing live unloading of merchandise trailers. You’ll handle refrigerated and frozen products while maintaining cold chain standards, and move pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing. When needed, you’ll also step in to assist with customer service on the floor.

Safety is a cornerstone of this role. You’ll follow Walmart Canada’s policies and procedures to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace, complete safety sweep logs, and make sure displays and fixtures are properly secured. Responsibilities

This role covers the full spectrum of back-of-store operations, from unloading trucks to supporting the sales floor. Staying organized, physically engaged, and safety-conscious throughout every shift is key to succeeding in this position.

  • Prepare and reset the Receiving Area before and after trailer unloads, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise
  • Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products throughout the receiving process
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned to ensure shelves are filled and ready for customers
  • Label and organize overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management
  • Provide customer service as needed to support a positive in-store shopping experience
  • Complete safety sweep logs and follow Company policies to maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace
