Responsibilities
The day-to-day work of a Stock Unloader Associate is fast-moving and physically engaging. You’ll be responsible for keeping the store’s receiving and stocking operations running efficiently, which directly supports the shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- Prepare and reset the Receiving Area and unload general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloads
- Maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products during handling and transport
- Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing
- Assist with stocking the sales floor as assigned to keep shelves full and products accessible
- Provide customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience
- Label and organize overstock merchandise in designated areas for efficient inventory management
- Complete safety sweep logs and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment in accordance with company policies
