About the Role: Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ring AI

Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $128,100 to $214,000 CAD annually for this position in Toronto. Total compensation may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities

You’ll be accountable for keeping complex, multi-site initiatives on track while enabling engineering and AI teams to do their best work.
- Lead global teams through the complete product development lifecycle from concept to market launch

- Drive engineering execution by reconciling technical trade-offs, resolving blocking issues, and tracking and reporting on program status
- Leverage best practices in program management and software development to consistently deliver results
- Facilitate collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams and geographies
- Reconcile competing priorities and gain alignment across multiple teams to maintain forward momentum
- Update senior leaders through regular business reviews to ensure visibility and alignment on key initiatives
Requirements / Skills
Ring is looking for technically grounded program managers who are equally comfortable diving into engineering details and presenting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing AI/ML-enabled product delivery and a track record of navigating ambiguity in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience in a software-driven environment
- 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams on complex technical programs
- 3+ years of software development experience, providing the foundation to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
- 3+ years driving end-to-end AI/ML feature delivery, from concept through production
- Cross-functional program management experience, including building processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage risk, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive decisions under uncertainty
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting outcomes to senior leadership (preferred)
