About the Role: Sr. Technical Program Manager, Ring AI

As a Sr. TPM at Ring, you’ll own the full product development lifecycle — from concept through to market launch. Your day will involve formulating robust program plans that balance business objectives, technical risk, schedule constraints, and resource availability. You’ll be responsible for breaking down complex initiatives into clearly defined workflows, resolving blockers, reconciling technical trade-offs, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. You’ll work closely with software, AI science, hardware, and product teams across multiple geographies.

The role demands strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, as you’ll be coordinating across organizations, managing competing priorities, and providing escalation management when needed. Risk assessment, bottleneck anticipation, and data-driven decision-making are central to how you’ll operate in this role. Benefits and Salary

Amazon offers a competitive base salary range of $128,100 to $214,000 CAD annually for this position in Toronto. Total compensation may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities

The Sr. TPM role at Ring AI spans the full breadth of program management — from shaping strategy and building team alignment to tracking execution and communicating results to senior leadership. You’ll be accountable for keeping complex, multi-site initiatives on track while enabling engineering and AI teams to do their best work.

• Lead global teams through the complete product development lifecycle from concept to market launch
• Formulate program plans that balance business needs, technical risks, product performance, schedule constraints, costs, and resource availability
• Drive engineering execution by reconciling technical trade-offs, resolving blocking issues, and tracking and reporting on program status
• Leverage best practices in program management and software development to consistently deliver results
• Facilitate collaboration and clear communication across cross-functional teams and geographies
• Reconcile competing priorities and gain alignment across multiple teams to maintain forward momentum
• Update senior leaders through regular business reviews to ensure visibility and alignment on key initiatives

Requirements / Skills

Ring is looking for technically grounded program managers who are equally comfortable diving into engineering details and presenting to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing AI/ML-enabled product delivery and a track record of navigating ambiguity in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience in a software-driven environment
• 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams on complex technical programs
• 3+ years of software development experience, providing the foundation to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
• 3+ years driving end-to-end AI/ML feature delivery, from concept through production
• Cross-functional program management experience, including building processes and coordinating release schedules across multiple teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage risk, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive decisions under uncertainty
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting outcomes to senior leadership (preferred)
