If you’ve built your career at the crossroads of technical architecture and people leadership, this role was designed with you in mind.
About the Role: Sr. Manager, ENT Industry Solutions Architecture
As Sr. Manager of Enterprise Industry Solutions Architecture, you’ll lead a specialized team responsible for delivering deep technical expertise to AWS’s most strategic industry customers across Canada. Your team serves as both a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients and a critical feedback channel that shapes AWS’s product and service roadmap. You’ll define the technical strategy for major accounts, build executive-level client relationships, and ensure your team is operating at the highest level of performance.
Beyond account strategy, this role calls for a genuine commitment to team development. You’ll be responsible for performance management, hiring, and creating career growth pathways for your Solutions Architects. Collaboration is central to how this team operates — you’ll work in close partnership with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and Training teams to drive customer acquisition programs and ensure measurable outcomes through defined KPIs. For the Montreal location, fluency in both French and English is required.
