As a Senior GTM Specialist, you’ll own the full cycle of workflow optimization — from mapping out seller processes and pinpointing efficiency gaps, to crafting compelling positioning, running scaled enablement programs, and translating multi-channel feedback into concrete product requirements. You’ll be working across continents and time zones, partnering with Sales leadership, Tech, and Science teams to make a measurable difference in how 3,000+ global sellers operate daily.

Benefits and Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from $111,300 to $185,800 CAD annually for the Toronto location. As a total compensation company, Amazon’s overall package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Day to day, this role spans workflow analysis, strategic messaging, enablement program execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The work you do directly influences how thousands of sellers interact with AI tools, making productivity gains tangible and measurable across global Ads Sales organizations.

  • Map and optimize end-to-end seller workflows by analyzing processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and providing AI capability recommendations to Tech and Science teams
  • Build cohesive messaging that translates technical AI capabilities into clear productivity and revenue benefits, resonating with global Ads sales teams
  • Design and execute scaled enablement programs, including quarterly launch events for 3,000+ sellers, self-service training content, and automated adoption strategies using telemetry data
  • Collect and synthesize multi-channel seller feedback from hackathons, Walk the Store events, and data-driven adoption insights, translating findings into prioritized product requirements
  • Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams globally to align adoption goals, manage relationships, and drive change management for new AI-powered workflows

Requirements / Skills

Amazon is looking for a seasoned professional who brings both strategic GTM expertise and strong analytical capabilities to the table. The ideal candidate is someone who can influence at a senior level, communicate with clarity, and move comfortably between big-picture strategy and ground-level execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an asset
  • 10+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven presentation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex, global organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable enablement strategies or feedback themes for Tech and Science teams
  • Knowledge of general AI tools and experience using Salesforce are considered strong assets
  • Experience creating and implementing large-scale programs and improving business processes is a plus
