You’ll work closely with account teams and cross-functional AWS colleagues to accelerate adoption and guide complex technology decisions grounded in customer outcomes.
Beyond individual customer engagements, this role contributes to broader organizational growth — from sharing best practices and speaking at industry events to mentoring teammates and providing product feedback directly to AWS engineering teams.
