Amazon’s Prime Video is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Commercials to join their International Marketing team in Toronto, Ontario. The role sits within Prime Video International’s consolidated media operations organisation and spans two distinct but connected focus areas: streamlining financial operations for media teams across Europe, Latin America, and Canada, and managing media vendor relationships to maximise the value of spend. If you’re the kind of person who sees a manual invoicing process and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it — and who can also sit across the table from a media partner and negotiate better commercial terms — this role was built with you in mind.

About the Role: Senior Program Manager, Commercials

Day to day, you’ll be improving how financial operations function across 20+ countries — tackling everything from invoicing workflows and budget tracking to reconciliation and billing governance. You’ll identify manual processes ripe for automation or offshoring, and you’ll work with technology teams to explore how AI tools can fundamentally reshape these workflows rather than just incrementally improve them. On the commercial side, you’ll take ownership of vendor and agency relationships, renegotiating contracts, securing credits, and piloting new commercial models with partners like Meta and TikTok.

Success in this role will be measured by concrete outcomes: reduced media rates, hours saved for media managers, credits and savings secured from vendors, and on-time payment rates maintained across markets. You’ll be expected to keep senior leaders informed through clear roadmaps, flag blockers early, and build scalable frameworks that drive consistency across regions. Collaboration with teams in London, São Paulo, Miami, Mexico City, and beyond will be a regular part of the job.
