Sales Strategy and Operations Manager – Amazon – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Amazon
Toronto is home to one of Amazon’s growing centres of excellence, and this role sits right at the intersection of data, strategy, and global sales operations. As a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager with Amazon Advertising, you’ll be part of the Central StratOps, GTM and Analytics team — a group that builds the data foundations and operational frameworks enabling thousands of sellers worldwide to work smarter and more effectively.
This isn’t your typical operations role. You’ll be working on predictive segmentation models, planning workflows, and quota distribution processes that directly impact how over 4,000 sellers prioritize accounts and serve advertisers across 10+ regions globally. If you thrive in ambiguous environments and love translating complex data into clear, actionable strategy, this role is worth a closer look.
About the Role: Sales Strategy and Operations Manager
As a member of the Segmentation and Planning team within Amazon’s Sales Intelligence, Tools & Enablement (SITE) organization, you’ll be the connective tissue between data science outputs and real-world seller workflows. Your work will span from forward-looking strategy design to day-to-day operational execution — coordinating cross-functional partners in Finance, Sales AI, Sales Tech, and regional Sales leadership along the way.
You’ll need to bring both analytical depth and strong communication skills to the table. Whether you’re presenting findings to senior leadership, resolving high-impact escalations, or driving alignment across planning milestones, your ability to balance backbone with adaptability will be central to your success here.
Benefits and Salary
The base salary range for this position in Toronto is $74,600 to $124,600 CAD annually. As a total compensation company, Amazon’s package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.
