Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role is all about reliable, organized delivery service across rural and suburban routes in the Saint-Jovite area. You’ll be the direct link between Canada Post and the communities it serves, so accuracy, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude are central to how this work gets done.

• Deliver and collect mail items safely and on time across assigned rural and suburban routes
• Sort mail efficiently and accurately in preparation for each delivery run
• Maintain local knowledge of roads, customers, and delivery receptacles in the service area
• Process Canada Post products and services including Change of Address Notifications, Damaged Mail, and Items Delivered Bills (IDB)
• Represent Canada Post professionally by wearing official identification visibly at all times during delivery

• Operate a motor vehicle safely in all weather and traffic conditions

• Automobile liability insurance covering the use of your vehicle for Canada Post deliveries

• Experience operating a motor vehicle in various weather and traffic conditions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate mail sorting and delivery
• Bilingual or French language proficiency — French is an essential requirement for this position
