It’s a role that blends customer service with an insider’s knowledge of store operations — keeping the shopping experience smooth even when things are shifting around.

About the Role: Remodel Host

The core of this position is proactive customer engagement. Rather than waiting for customers to come to you with questions, you’ll take the initiative — approaching shoppers on the floor, informing them about ongoing changes, and directing them confidently to newly relocated merchandise. You’ll need to stay current on which areas of the store are under construction or have recently moved.

Beyond customer guidance, you’ll also support the broader remodel effort by assisting with returning non-purchased items from the courtesy desk back to their proper departments.
