About the Role: Relief Pharmacist
This position involves accepting and processing prescriptions and refill requests from patients, physicians, and hospitals, while ensuring every prescription is filled accurately, efficiently, and safely. You’ll counsel patients on their medications, ensure proper pharmaceutical product storage, and execute all processes in line with established OBWs and SOPs. You’ll also ensure patients receive all eligible services they’re entitled to, including medication reviews and injections.
Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to provincial regulations set by the regulatory body is a core responsibility of this role. You’ll follow the schedules set by the Relief Program Coordinator, travel to various store locations as required, and develop collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers within the community, including clinics and Vision Centre staff.
Benefits and Salary
