Job Summary & Tips for Applying

AI-generated summary and tips to help you highlight your strengths effectively.

Quick Summary & What to Highlight: The Customer Developer, Cloud AI job at Google Cloud in Toronto combines technical sales support with hands-on prototyping. Put your 6 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role first, since it is the stated minimum. Follow it with your machine learning model development or deployment work and your AI agent orchestration experience, tying each to the demos or prototypes it produced.

Resume & Application Tips: Name the agent frameworks and machine learning tools you have actually used, such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and say what you built with each. Any work where you presented to executive leaders or technical stakeholders belongs near the top. Give results a number where you can. For example: “Built a RAG-based proof-of-concept that moved a customer from evaluation to production in six weeks.” Use that as a format, not a claim about this job.

Interview Preparation: Prepare one or two real examples where you wrote code to win over a customer or a sceptical technical audience, and be ready to explain the architecture choices behind them. Expect to talk through AI agent orchestration and machine learning deployment in detail. Questions worth asking include how the work is divided between you and Platform CEs, and what a successful first six months looks like.
