About the Role: Produce Stocker

The Produce Stocker is responsible for maintaining a well-organized, fully stocked produce section that meets Walmart Canada’s standards. Day-to-day duties include zoning the department, rotating merchandise, verifying pricing and signage, and ensuring the area is presentable and ready for customers. You’ll also handle ordering, clearance processing, and markups/markdowns as needed, along with setting modulars and applying product protection where required.

Following Walmart’s Health and Safety guidelines and food safety procedures is a core part of the job. This includes adhering to cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and proper food handling protocols. Being detail-oriented and consistent is important, as these standards help protect both customers and colleagues.

Benefits and Salary

This Produce Stocker position starts at a minimum rate of $18.05 per hour. • Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf configurations
• Follow Health and Safety guidelines at all times throughout the shift
