Responsibilities
The Postal Clerk role at Canada Post spans both the retail counter and mail operations floor, meaning no two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll be contributing to both the customer experience and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps mail moving across the country.

- Handle mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs), involving bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
Requirements / Skills
Canada Post is looking for candidates who are adaptable, physically capable, and comfortable working directly with the public. Given the bilingual nature of the role, proficiency in both English and French is required. A background in customer-facing or production environments will help you hit the ground running.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment is required
